How do I cancel my booking?
A request to cancel a booking must be made in writing by the lead passenger. If you wish to cancel your booking, please bear in mind this will be subject to the operator and airlines terms and conditions, and will therefore incur cancellation fees. We strongly advise you check the Terms and Conditions of the operator you will have been provided. You must contact your Travel Consultant in the first instance to avoid high fees. A cancellation invoice can be issued upon request. Please be advised that not all operators and airlines provide this. If your insurance company requires further documentation, please discuss with your Travel Consultant what is required to ensure we can provide you with the necessary documents you need.
